Sweet Chilli Prawn Stir Fry

Quick, simple & super healthy sweet chilli prawn stir fry with brown rice noodles.

Ingredients

  • 100g brown rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil
  • 400g cooked raw prawns, peeled
  • Stir fry mixed vegetables
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, sliced

10 minutes

Serves 2

Directions

1. Prepare the noodles as per the pack instructions.

2. Heat the oil a wok, add the prawns & stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add the veg mix, stir fry for 4-6 minutes.

4. Stir in the noodles, sweet chilli & soya sauce.
